Do the records include email addresses or phone numbers?
No. State filings only contain the owner's name and their registered mailing address. This data is purpose-built for direct mail — the highest-converting outreach channel for reaching brand-new business owners.
How is this different from InfoUSA or D&B?
Those platforms recycle stale business data to thousands of buyers. We deliver within 24 hours of the actual state filing — you get the name before any other agent in your county.
What does "exclusive county" mean?
If you hold the Broward County insurance feed, no other insurance agent can purchase Broward filing data from us. Your county is locked to you exclusively.

What happens if there is a service outage?
Our pipeline operates with enterprise reliability. If an upstream outage or delay ever impacts your daily deliveries, our Service Level Agreement kicks in and we proactively credit your account with free subscription time. We treat downtime as our problem, not yours.
